Customer Service
Our customers are our number one priority. We are dedicated to always being available for emergency service, scheduled service and installation. We offer same-day service on calls Monday through Friday before 3:00p.m., and we can often fit in same-day service on calls received later.
When we do a free estimate for replacement equipment for a customer, our specialist will measure and evaluate the complete system and supply needs. With this information, we will present you with a written professional proposal, often offering the customer more than one choice of what equipment will meet their needs. Once the customer commits to the installation, we can often offer prompt installation within 1-3 days.
Warranties
Igloo Heat & Air provides 1 year labor warranty on new installation. Parts and equipment warranty are set by the manufacturer. We provide a 30-day warranty on labor for repair services provided by our technicians. Extended parts and labor warranties are available on new equipment for an additional cost.
Specials
Customers who purchase new equipment from us may extend their labor warranty up to 3 years if they purchase a maintenance plan and it is kept in effect.
